Moira-Cecily, LMFT

I am a wounded healer! I bring a lifetime of suffering, healing, and rediscovering my own inherent Belovedness, goodness, and power to everything I do. My own journey, coupled with 35 years of experience as a psychotherapist, teacher, women’s wellness & empowerment non-profit founder, and pastor have taught me that our symptoms, coping behaviors, and relational challenges all reflect something of our struggle to love and be loved. Created by love, for love, to love, when our basic need for a sense of our belovedness wasn't adequately nourished in early childhood, our disordered states and destructive patterns show up to call us back to Love.

I have a special affinity for post-evangelical Christians and spiritual seekers who believe in a Love far greater than any one religious or spiritual tradition and want that to be part of the conversation.

In addition to therapy, I love leading retreats, workshops and speaking with groups about wellness related topics, including self-care, sexuality, resiliency and burnout, coping with change, grief, and women’s wellness.
